Qualifying Purchase Entry (Purchase Method): Purchase and complete installation of a new indoor/outdoor Daikin HVAC system from Tropic Air during the Promotion Period. A qualifying purchase is defined as the sale and fully completed installation (customer signature on installation form and final invoice paid or financed with executed contract) of a new, whole-system indoor/outdoor Daikin heat pump or air conditioner system (single-family residential). Each completed qualifying purchase equals one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Purchases of parts, repairs, maintenance, or portable/room products do not qualify.

Winner Selection & Odds. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all verified eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Drawing held within seven (7) days following the Promotion Period.

Winner Notification. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days. Sponsor may require signed Affidavit of Eligibility/Release. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate.
